Welcome

Neurodiversity Affirming, Trauma Informed Experiential Psychotherapy

Are you or a loved one…

Grappling with the challenges of managing everyday stressors?

Feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns with negative consequences?

Encountering conflicts in your relationship(s), hindering your path to a fuller, richer life?

Help is within reach. Engaging in psychotherapy is a commitment to healing, taking an active role in understanding challenging experiences, enhancing personal awareness, making informed choices for the future, and embracing well-being.

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families, in addressing the unique challenges that may impede meaningful relationships or hinder your aspirations or life goals.

We’ll start by uncovering your strengths and delving into the complexities of your life. Together, we'll craft a personalized plan that aligns with your needs, abilities, virtues, values, and objectives.

As an experiential psychotherapist, I offer interactive sessions aimed at fostering greater self-awareness, enhanced self-regulation, effective communication, and responsible decision-making, all within a neurodiversity-affirming framework. Rooted in attentiveness, sensitivity, compassion, respect, and directness, my approach ensures a supportive environment for your growth and celebrates the diverse ways individuals experience and navigate the world.

I am deeply committed to providing quality care and resources that empower you to lead a more dynamic, connected, and authentic life. Currently, I am accepting clients for both online psychotherapy and in-person sessions at my Pleasant Hill (Walnut Creek adjacent) office.

Additionally, I facilitate pro-social gaming groups and events through Gamescape Center for Creativity and Growth, contributing to a holistic approach to well-being that honors and values neurodiversity.
