Thursday 6:00pm - 8:00pm, In Person - OPEN FOR PRE-REGISTRATION

(If there are enough people who prefer an online group we will consider adding it.)

This is a seven-week (possibly on-going) group for people who have experienced the death of a loved one and are looking for a safe, supportive, gentle, and creative space to be present with grief.  Group grief work fosters connection and support. The creative arts offer ways to honor and express our experience of loss and provide meaningful coping strategies.  In this group, facilitated by an experienced professional group therapist, you will have an occasion to process your feelings and thoughts in supportive conversation, and integrate your experience through accessible creative arts projects. Grief can feel very lonely, come witness and share with others who have experienced loss. Pre-registration is required.
